Arasor director Simon Cao steps down

Telecom equipment developer Arasor International (ASX:ARR) has announced that its director, Simon Cao, has stepped effective immediately.

Cao is stepping down so he can focus his efforts on Arasor’s JV with Chinese vendor ZTE, he said.

“The JV requires my focus and time at this growth stage,” he said. “I am unable to dedicate sufficient time to both roles.”

Arasor has also appointed a new non-executive chairman, Reg Bancroft.
