Hostech acquires Accord, Aspirence

Hostech (ASX:HTC) has completed the acquisition of Accord and Aspirence for a combined $7.6 million in shares and cash.

The company paid $6 million – through the issue of 96 million shares and $3.6 million in cash – for Accord, plus $850,000 through 3.6 million shares and $750,000 in cash for Aspirence.

Hostech recently acquired Anittel for $2.5 million in shares and cash, as part of an acquisition spree that includes six telecom companies.

To fund the acquisitions, the company has conducted conducted an $8.6 million capital raising.
