Jumbuck (ASX:JMB) warns of possible asset downgrade

Mobile app developer Jumbuck Entertainment (ASX:JMB) has warned it may be forced to make negative adjustments to its balance sheet position following a review of its assets.

The company said it had identified some possibly material adjustments to its intangible asset position – specifically the carrying value of prior acquisitions and capitalised development costs.

While the downgrade is not expected to have any impact on day-to-day operations, cash position or potential dividend, the adjustment may effect its overall cash-sheet position.
