DigiSlide enters trading halt

DigiSlide Holdings (ASX:DGI) has requested a trading halt pending the announcement of its financial intentions.

The company said it had raised no funds through a proposed share placement, but has entered into a series of formal negotiations for commercial transactions which could have a “significant impact” on the earnings, structure and future of the company.

DigiSlide added that it should be in the position to lodge an announcement – and lift the trading halt – before the market opens on April 19.
