Voltage IP director resigns

Information security company Voltage IP (ASX:VIP) has announced that director Oscar Hauptmann has resigned from the board.

Hauptmann tendered his resignation yesterday. He leaves holding no shares in the company.

Voltage IP has been suspended from trading on the ASX since June 2008 for failure to pay its annual listing fees.

The company posted a $171,000 loss in 1H10.
