Arasor's 2008 accounts finally prepared

Telecom equipment vendor Arasor (ASX:ARR) has announced that it should be finally be ready to publish its 2008 financial results by the end of the month – a year after initially planned.

The company, which has been under a voluntary suspension from trading since February 2009, said its accounts have been prepared and are in the process of being audited by Grant Thornton.

Grant Thornton signed off on Arasor’s most recently available accounts with a warning that there was significant doubt as to its ability to operate as a going concern.

But in February the company announced it had made progress with its one remaining operation, a joint venture in China.
