Byte Power, DataMotion suspended from ASX

IT companies Byte Power (ASX:BPG) and DataMotion Asia Pacific (ASX:DMN) have been suspended from trading on the ASX for failure to lodge their 1H reports on time.

Under ASX listing rules, companies must provide their half-yearly reports within two months after the end of the relevant accounting period.

Byte Power provided its 1H report today, while DataMotion announced it expected to finalise its report later this week.

Other suspended companies include marketing and communications company Palamedia (ASX:PMX) and biotech companies Medic Vision (ASX:MVH) and Safety Medical Products (ASX:SFP).

Byte Power manufactures and distributes IT products, while DataMotion markets the SecureMail and Intelligent Information Transport platform.
