Prophecy signs sales agreement with Computer Sciences

Enterprise software developer Prophecy International Holdings (ASX:PRO) has forged a global reseller alliance with US company Computer Sciences Corporation.

The agreement covers the Prophecy basis2 Utility Billing solution. Under the alliance, both companies will market the solution, with CSC providing consulting, systems integration and managed services.

CSC also has the non-exclusive rights to sell basis2 to any utility, for any service in any country.

Prophecy has meanwhile announced a 78% decrease in 1H10 profit to $296,000, due to forex losses and slower sales in the US and Europe. Revenue fell 10% to $2.5 million.
