Shareholders in digital surveillance system provider Zylotech (ASX:ZYL) have approved a share consolidation proposal, which will commence on February 8.
Under the capital reorganisation plan, shares will be consolidated on a 5:1 ratio, with fractions to be rounded down.
The plan is expected to be complete by February 19, the ASX said. ZYL shares are currently suspended at $0.02.
