IPGA announces board shake-up

IPGA, the owner of the brand of property websites, has appointed a new director and chairman in a board shake-up.

The company has appointed non-executive director Simon Baker as chairman of the board. Baker replaces former executive chairman Patrick Grove, who will move to a non-executive role and assume the rank of deputy chairman.

The board has also elected a new director, Luke Elliot. Elliot is a founding member of IPGA’s majority shareholder, Catcha Media Group.

IPGA recently appointed a new CEO, former REA group general manager shaun Di Gregorio.
