Software and service provider Mincom has announced that it has won a multi-million dollar contract to help enhance military logistics across the ADF.
The contract is for the design and implementation plan of Joint Project 2077 phase 2B.2, which is targeted for completion in 2011.
The deal expands on the work Mincom did under Phase 2B.1 of the contract, during which time it deployed a tri-services military logistics solution, the company said.
Mincom GM of Defense Bruce Jacquemard said he hoped the project will serve as a best-practices model that defense organizations around the world can adopt.
