Entellect frozen as subsidiary enters administration

Educational software developer Entellect Solutions (ASX:ESN) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, MXL Consolidated, has been placed into voluntary administration.

MXL has appointed Sydney firm Rodgers Reidy Chartered Accountants as its voluntary administrator today.

MXL conducts a significant majority of Entellect’s trading operations, the parent entity said, and as a result Entellect has requested the company be suspended from trading.

The ASX has granted this request. ESN shares were suspended at $0.002.
