DataMotion (ASX:DMN) directors Ronald Moir, Mark Popham and Martin Eade yesterday stepped down, ceding to pressure from shareholder Bob Roget.
In their place have been appointed Michael Robson – currently non-executive chairman of US Nickel – and Patrick Corr, a Supreme Court of WA barrister and solicitor.
Surviving director Joshua Wellish will take over as company secretary from Eade.
Moir, currently managing director, will stay on board until the end of the month for a transition period.
Roget, owner of the private holding company Intercorp, earlier called for a special meeting to hold a no-confidence vote on Moir and Popham.
