Uscom receives Canadian regulatory approval

Medical technology developer Uscom Limited (ASX:UCM) has announced it has received a license to sell its devices in Canada from the Medical Devices Bureau.

The license allows Uscom to sell its eponymous non-invasive cardiac output monitor in Canada.

The Canadian license was the last stage in the company’s worldwide regulatory approval program, which allows USCOM sales in all the major world markets including the US, China and Europe.

USCOM will be marketed in Canada via the company’s marketing partner Spacelabs.
