Webfirm announces restructuring

Webfirm Group (ASX:WFM) has announced a restructuring to support its recent acquisition of advertising sales automation company Adslot.

The company will establish two reporting divisions, Adslot and Webfirm. Adrian Giles and Andrew Barlow will be given executive positions within the Adslot division, with Giles assisting with planning and strategy and Barlow with future product developments.

Webfirm’s Searchworld, Webfirm and Webfirm Media units will meanwhile be merged into the one Webfirm division.

Webfirm also appointed a new CFO and company secretary, Gavan Flower, effective May 24. He will replace Damian Element, who is moving his work life closer to his family in Brisbane.
