PIPE replaces three directors

PIPE Networks, which is soon to be acquired by TPG Telecom (ASX:TPG), has announced it has appointed three new directors from its soon-to-be parent company.

PIPE has appointed TPG executive chairman David Teoh, general manager Vitek Piestrzynski and CFO Alan Latimer to its board.

Former directors Roger Clarke, Greg Baynton and Stephen Baxter have meanwhile stepped down to make way for the newcomers.
