Delan Monahan, new CEO of data management software company WebSpy (ASX:WSY), will be entitled to a €126,000 ($184,000) base salary.
Monahan, who has now officially taken the helm at WebSpy, is also eligible for up to €49,500 per year in additional benefits, subject to meeting certain KPIs.
Another annual bonus of up to 6 million shares may also be paid out if he meets yet more performance targets.
The employment agreement may be terminated by either party after giving four months’ notice.
Monahan is also currently executive director of Webspy.
