Stratatel launches dividend reinvestment plan

Software and services company Stratatel (ASX:STE) has launched a dividend reinvestment plan for the company’s latest shareholder payout.

Shareholders electing to participate in the DRP will forego the $0.13 cent per share dividend, and instead be alloted shares at a price which is equal to 95% of the daily volume weighted average market price of shares sold on the ASX during the 10 days proceeding March 24.

Investors will have until that date to declare their desire to participate in the DRP. The dividend is expected to be paid out on April 14.
