Connie Lo resigns from DataDot as director

Microdot technology developer DataDot Technologies (ASX:DDT) has announced the resignation of director Connie Lo.

A meeting had been called to vote on Lo’s removal as director, but following her resignation this meeting has been called off.

Shareholder Brent McLaws, who holds around 5% of DDT shares, had called for the move because Lo is not an independent director. Her removal would allow the hiring of up to two new independent directors, McLaws said.
