Security technology product developer QRSciences (ASX:QRS) has completed the sale of unmarketable parcels of the company’s shares, raising nearly $364,000 from the placement.
The company sold 5.6 million shares on-market at $0.0645 per share during the sale, QRSciences said.
The company now has 1,342 shareholders as a result of the sale.
Under ASX listing rules, unmarketable parcels are groups of shares valued at under $500.
