ECSI reinstated to public trading

Security technology company ECSI Limited (ASX:ECS) has been reinstated to public trading today, after finally releasing its financial results for 1H08.

The company has also disclosed its top 20 shareholders, distribution schedule and expenditure program, and is now fully in compliance with the ASX’s ongoing public disclosure laws.

ECS shares are today trading unchanged at $0.018.
