PIPE Networks delisted from ASX

PIPE Networks delisted from ASX

Backhaul operator PIPE Networks (ASX:PWK) was yesterday de-listed from the ASX, following its acquisition by ISP TPG Telecom (ASX:TPM).

TPG bought PIPE for $373 million in March, after shareholders approved the deal.

PWK shares closed at $6.280. TPM shares are currently trading 3.36% lower at $2.300.
