MAp Airports (ASX:MAP) has completed the internalisation of its management as part of its split from parent company the Macquarie Group.
MAp said it had appointed John Roberts as a new director. Roberts will resign as an alternative director of MAp Airports International to take the role.
Company Secretaries Christine Williams and Dennis Leong have also resigned, leaving Sally Webb as the sole Secretary.
MAp will pay $345 million to the Macquarie Group in exchange for the management rights to the company.
