Bendigo and Adelaide Bank (ASX:BEN) deputy chairman Kevin Osborn has resigned from the company’s board.
Osborn has tendered his resignation, effective immediately, in order to focus on his responsibilities as a non-executive director, Bendigo said.
Chairman Robert Johnson said Osborn had played a key role in the merger between the Adelaide and Bendigo banks.
Osborn was also “a valuable contributor to the board as we managed the effects of the global financial crisis,” Johnson added.
