The Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW) has implemented an association management system (AMS) to help organise its basic database functions and improve the management of its member base.
The not-for-profit’s general manager, Peter Griffin, said REINSW deployed with an integrated iMIS AMS in order to foster more efficient self-service for its 1800 members.
“iMIS is a proven association centric solution that will allow us to introduce more efficient work practices and provide self service capabilities to our members,” Griffin said.
“The solution meets our needs straight out of the box and provides an easy upgrade path to follow for our future requirements.”
It is hoped that the rollout will also help reduce the amount of time it takes for REINSW to do manual tasks, as well as standardise and automate its business process and reporting.
ASI last year signed a deal with Donor Management, expanding its reach and allowing it to help more not-for-profit organisations with its iMIS software.
Other not-for-profits using iMIS include the National Breast Cancer Foundation, which last year deployed a customer relationship management (CRM) and web content management system for its Register4 initiative.
