Vodafone Hutchinson Australia, the company that operates the Vodafone brand in Australia, has reported another outage - this time with its My Vodafone bill payment service.
My Vodafone is a online service tool that allows customers to view billing information and manage settings such as roaming and call diversion.
A fault in its system has resulted in customers being unable to access the service since 9:30pm AEDT last night.
In a blog post, customer service and experience director, Cormac Hodgkinson, said the company was working to find the main cause of the problem and hoped to resolve it soon.
On 28 March, the company reported that post-paid care, technical support and BlackBerry mobile support departments could not answer incoming calls, a problem that continued for two days.
