Recruitment firm Candle has refreshed its corporate focus with a rebranding exercise and a new website.
The marketing campaign is in response to the changing needs of the IT industry, according to the company.
Candle executive general manager, Linda Trevor, said the new look was designed to modernise the brand and to align the face of the business.
“As we head towards a greater skills shortage evident through the latest Clarius Skills Index, including shortages of business analysts and IT support staff as general business activity picks up and NBN Co starts ramping up its hiring activity, it is essential to focus on talent attraction and capturing the best so that we can continually supply our clients with the most skillful people,” Trevor said.
Trevor said Candle has always been acknowledged as having some of the best specialists in the IT area, the company has been challenged by competitors for the leading position in the market.
Candle’s larger clients will now be serviced under a different delivery model within the Clarius brand.
“This will enable the business to better meet the volume requirements of these clients and focus on service levels and quality,” Trevor said.
The Candle business will now focus on SME clients as a specialist in IT recruitment.
“No longer can IT recruitment offer one type of service to all clients,” she said. “In recognition of this, we have taken the opportunity to tailor what we do around the changing needs of not only clients, but IT professionals.”
