<p>Sydney, 28 January 2008 – The Sound Alliance Group today outlined independent expansion plans for its online ticketing division, Qjump, with a series of new hires and customer wins. Stephanie Sulway has been appointed as Managing Director for Qjump and she joins Qjump from her four year role as Business Development Manager with Ticketek, Australia’s largest ticketing, marketing and IT company.</p>
<p>According to Neil Ackland, Managing Director for the Sound Alliance group, “Stephanie is the ideal candidate to lead and build the business at Qjump. She has an impressive specialist skill set in both event management and ticketing, and together with her long established industry relationships will play an integral part in our growth. Stephanie has already positively impacted on the company’s outlook with the introduction of a new team and is working on some exciting new potential customers.”</p>
<p>Joining Stephanie at Qjump is Kim Young and Mark Gibbons, who have both joined Qjump in the Event Manager and Ticketing Co-ordinator roles respectively.</p>
<p>In its independent business role, Qjump will focus on expansion over the next twelve months in three key areas. These include concentrating on the group’s traditional links to the youth market via its existing web communities; delivering new ticketing technology for clients to facilitate white labelling opportunities and bundling opportunities for music, tickets and merchandise, as well as building exclusive membership databases for client’s marketing activities.</p>
<p>Qjump further confirmed today that it was incorporating its online ticketing capabilities to recently acquired web property Mess+Noise to cater to the Melbourne music market. Online ticketing facilities are expected to go live on Mess+Noise by the end of February 2009.</p>
<p>Qjump currently provides online ticketing services for over 150 clients including clients Home Nightclub, The Met, Playground Weekender Festival and Qdance in Melbourne and Sydney.</p>
