Acronis Celebrates First Year in ANZ with Huge Revenue Growth and Appointment of a New Distribution Manager

<p><b>Sydney, Australia, May 13, 2008</b> – Acronis®, Inc. (http://www.acronis.com.au), a provider of affordable, scalable storage management and disaster recovery software, today announced that it has tripled its revenue in Australia and New Zealand over the past year. The Company also recently appointed Simon Bills to the role of National Distribution Manager for ANZ, further strengthening its channel presence and offerings.</p>
<p>Acronis opened its Sydney office in May 2007 and has tripled its sales revenue, whilst dramatically increasing its customer base, in partnership with its four distributors, who operate over 200 resellers in ANZ.</p>

We have already had several significant business wins this year and will be bringing out more exciting products to the local market in the coming months. Simon brings extensive industry knowledge and experience in the channel market, further increasing Acronis’ awareness among channel partners and distributors to drive the business growth of Acronis in Australia and New Zealand.”</p>
<p>Simon Bills has 15 years experience in the IT industry, especially the area of channels and distribution. As the National Distribution Manager, Simon is responsible for all aspects of channel operations in ANZ, including partner training, marketing initiatives, programs, sales collateral, lead generation and providing distribution partners with the necessary tools to position, sell and support Acronis products on the ANZ markets.</p>
<p>Prior to joining Acronis, Simon was with Quantum for over 11 years. He held various positions in channel sales, including time as the Country Manager for the UK, Ireland and Australia where he started up the company’s distribution and reseller business. Most recently, Simon was managing enterprise partners in ACT, NSW and QLD.</p>
<p>Acronis has aggressive business plans this year. Apart from the recently-launched Acronis True Image 11.0 Home, Acronis True Image Echo, Acronis Recovery for MS SQL Server and Snap Deploy 3, it will soon announce more solutions specifically designed for the SMB market.</p>
