<p>Cupertino, Calif., Sept. 20, 2004 – Barracuda Networks, Inc., the leading provider of enterprise-class spam firewall solutions, today announced it has partnered with WhiteGold Solutions, Australia’s premier IT Security Distributor, to bring the Barracuda Spam Firewall family of solutions to market in Australia. WhiteGold will supply the Barracuda Spam Firewall to its large base of VARs, system integrators, ISPs and specialist security consultancies across Australia.</p>
<p>The Barracuda Spam Firewall is available in four models and supports over 25 million messages a day, making it ideal for SME and corporate customers. With no per-user licensing fees, the Barracuda Spam Firewall is the most affordable spam and virus solution for businesses of all sizes. The Barracuda Spam Firewall can be installed in front of the email server in typically less than five minutes and is automatically updated hourly to block new forms of spam and viruses.</p>

The Barracuda Spam Firewall also protects against phishing schemes, using proprietary anti-spoofing features as well as support for Sender ID Framework. Barracuda Networks also offers the Energize Update subscription service to automatically update the Barracuda Spam Firewall with the latest spam rules and virus definitions.</p>
