Mr Anthon said, “This is an exciting development for Hemming+Hart. Mr Beale’s credentials, his academic record and most importantly his recent high level taxation experience will further bolster the proactive service we provide for our clients.”

Prior to his appointment to Hemming+Hart, Mr Beale was a Director with the Australian Taxation Office in Queensland. Mr Beale has also worked as a senior government lawyer with the Queensland Department of Justice and the Attorney-General. Mr Beale was admitted in 1986 as a Solicitor and Barrister in various jurisdictions including the High Court of Australia.

Mr Anthon went on to say, “This financial year, the ATO’s Compliance Plan includes self managed super funds and a review of Service Trusts. Mr Beale has significant expertise in both of these areas and will structure the best outcome for the specific needs of each client.”
