Vignette Appoints Strategic Alliances Manager - ANZ

<p>AUSTRALIA, Sydney – 22 February 2007 - Vignette Corporation today announced the appointment of Dan Ode as Strategic Alliances Manager – ANZ to the Australia Pacific Sales Team.</p>
<p>Based in Vignette’s Sydney office, Dan will focus on partnering with both new and existing clients to help develop solutions that better enable customers to improve the way they do business online.</p>
<p>“Dan will be a great asset to Vignette, bringing over 16 years experience in International Channel, Sales and Management to the role. I am also pleased to announce that Dan will be heading up the Australian and New Zealand Channels Strategy for FY2007,” said Graham Pullen, Vice President and General Manager Asia Pacific, Vignette.</p>
<p>“Vignette has worked hard to develop the basics of our ‘go to market’ channels strategy. Dan will now provide the direction and guidance for the sales team to take this strategy to the next level,” he added.</p>

<p>Prior to his appointment at Vignette, Dan was National Distribution Manager for Computer Associates (CA) where he was responsible for increasing the company’s profile through key distribution channels.</p>
<p>Dan has a Bachelor of Science – Business Administration and Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University in Michigan, USA.</p>
