<p>AUSTRALIA, Sydney—8 March 2007—Network Appliance, Inc. (NASDAQ:NTAP) today announced worldwide availability of the Cisco® MDS 9124 Multilayer Fabric Switch for NetApp storage area network (SAN) solutions. The Cisco MDS 9124, coupled with NetApp FAS200 and FAS3000 series systems, delivers small and midsized enterprise customers cost-effective, advanced enterprise-level functionality to meet their data management demands.</p>
<p>The Cisco MDS 9124, paired with the rich heritage of NetApp SAN solutions, provides end users with leading ease-of-use, high data availability, flexibility and mission-critical security, in a “pay as you grow” port pricing model. The Cisco MDS 9124 also has an easy point-and-click wizard to simplify SAN setup and management.
