Mercury BTO Software now Offer by SAP in Australia (& APAC/J)

<p>Mercury and SAP Extend Reseller Agreement to APAC Region</p>
<p>Today, Mercury Interactive Corporation (OTC: MERQ), the global leader in business technology optimization (BTO) software, announced that SAP AG will resell Mercury LoadRunner®, Mercury’s market-leading load testing software, across the Asia Pacific region in countries including Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore and Thailand,</p>
<p>The software, branded as SAP® LoadRunner™ by Mercury, is available today. SAP LoadRunner by Mercury helps customers maximize the value of IT deployments by validating performance and optimizing capabilities for SAP’s enterprise resource planning software and the SAP NetWeaver® platform, SAP’s comprehensive integration and applications platform.</p>
<p>Customers use Mercury LoadRunner to help verify that SAP applications will meet business performance requirements before they “go live” in implementation deployments, and helps deliver SAP application implementations on time. With SAP LoadRunner by Mercury, project managers can optimize the scalability of applications which are Powered by SAP NetWeaver and obtain an accurate picture of end-to-end system performance. This helps managers avoid excess spending on hardware and infrastructure costs.</p>
<p>Today’s announcement follows the December 2005 announcement of a worldwide master relationship agreement for SAP to resell Mercury LoadRunner. The master relationship agreement is activated by regional go-to-market agreements. Mercury has since signed go-to-market agreements with SAP Canada, SAP Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and SAP Asia Pacific.</p>
