Returnity Provides Fuji Xerox Australia with a Tailored Solution to Effectively Manage Customer Relationship

<p>Fuji Xerox Australia has appointed returnity, the first Australian company to provide permission-based electronic direct marketing, to manage email communications with its customer database. Integrated directly with Fuji Xerox CRM system, returnity email marketing engine realises the effective communication with customers and real time tracking of results.</p>
<p>The relevance of the messages to customers and their willingness to get the information are the keys to the success of email marketing communications. Combined with Fuji Xerox Australia's in house Campaign Management tool, returnity provides a personalised way of reaching customers one to one. Data analysis is conducted to determine if the customer is interested in the information, then relevant a message is sent to the customer. Customers can update their details online, including name, address, job title and permissions, and this flows back into the CRM system nightly.</p>

It was a report that Fuji Xerox wanted to send to the customers about how to solve common challenges facing their business. On behalf of Fuji Xerox, returnity emailed the targeted customers first seeking their interest in receiving the report. Those who did not reply were followed up by a second email encouraging them to get the report. “The results were excellent - 28% response rate, 75% appointment rate with respondents, 22% deals in pipeline from appointments,” concluded Paul.</p>
