Returnity Strengthens Client Service and Strategy Development With New Sales Director

<p>Returnity has strengthened its management team with the appointment of Doug Endersbee as Sales Director. The appointment is effective immediately.</p>
<p>Doug has extensive management experience working for blue chip multi nationals. With experience supervising a team of over 100 staff, he brings with him to returnity solid training, management skills and a proven ability to work across multiple media – especially digital marketing.</p>
<p>He was previously Director of Strategic Alliances and Partnerships at Reader’s Digest, a global publisher and expert in direct marketing. He has worked across an array of media and channels, including TV, radio, print, fax direct mail, email, online banner campaigns, search engine marketing and web sites.</p>
<p>Returnity is the first Australian-owned company to provide end-to-end, permission-based electronic direct marketing solutions and services. It offers a complete range of digital services from email newsletters, statements and alerts, to online competitions, event registration and hosted data-driven websites. Doug will lead returnity’s two sales teams to design and deliver business strategies to clients.</p>
<p>“Doug Endersbee is an analytical and experienced manager with a good understanding of digital marketing. We are pleased to have him on board,” said Paula O’Connell, the Managing Director of Returnity. “He will be responsible for our sales teams in Sydney and Melbourne, and will work closely with me to develop cost-effective solutions for clients.”</p>
<p>Doug holds a Bachelor of Business Degree with a major in Marketing from the David Syme School of Business, Monash University. He also has a certificate of Agricultural Science from C.B. Alexander Agricultural College and s also a member of Australian Institute of Management.</p>
