<p>Mr Pollock will introduce the business case and take us through the cycles in assessing and measuring the tangible benefits, including how to:</p>
<p>- lift customer service</p>
<p>- reduce operating costs</p>
<p>- generate new revenue streams</p>
<p>Through this initiative Optus Business has been able to integrate its front and back-office systems. BPM has allowed the overall order process in Optus Business to be significantly automated. Mr Pollock was able to achieve all this whilst still meeting the peak demands of the business.</p>
