MKS Establishes Australian Office, Appoints David Balazsy as Regional Sales Manager, Australia/New Zealand

<p>MKS Inc. (MKS) (TSX:MKX) announced today that it has appointed David Balazsy as Regional Sales Manager of its new Australian/New Zealand office in Melbourne. MKS provides Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions to large enterprises and has an expanding client presence in the region.</p>
<p>David Balazsy brings many years of experience in the ALM market, having previously worked for Serena Software from 2003 – 2006. David brings an outstanding track record of sustained success with selling, positioning and marketing large ALM solutions in the Australian market. More recently, David was seconded to the Serena’s United States Dimensions sales operation. Mr. Balazsy reports to David Jones, Managing Director Asia/Pacific, based in Singapore.</p>
<p>MKS opened its Asia Pacific office in December 2005 and is now extending its established European and North America brand presence to Australian customers, offering local service and support for the company’s rapidly growing global enterprise customer base.</p>
