Overture opens Australian branch

<p>Overture to provide online marketing services to advertisers across Australia</p>
<p>SYDNEY, February 19, 2004: Overture Services (Overture), a global provider of essential marketing services to companies doing business online, announced today that it has officially opened an Australian branch in Sydney.</p>
<p>Overture is now serving its Pay-for-Performance (P4P) search listings across Australian websites including Yahoo!, AltaVista and Ozemail. In total, this network gives Overture's Australian advertisers access to approximately 40 percent of Australian Internet users from day one.</p>
