We have a current urgent requirement for a Support Consultant for a Global client base in the CBD of Adelaide.
We have an urgent requirement for a Digital Support Consultant for a fast pace environment with a Global company in Adelaide. This roles will close off tomorrow Monday morning, so if you are reading this advertisement and are keen to be presented forward, then please apply immediately!
We are looking for people who have previous work experience in:
- A fast pace environment
- Come with technical or telecommunication background
- Have worked in a Call Centre environment or high volume phone based environment.
- Provide high levels of customer support
- Processing of refunds for eligible customers
- Stake Holder management
- Liaise with product managers to report or escalate unresolvable issues experienced
- Help ensure the customer support strategies are correctly implemented
- Strong Interpersonal and communication Skills
- Excellent time management skills and your ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- The ability to comprehend technical process and be able to articulate and communicate with a non- technical audience.
