As part of a small professional team in Newcastle, this is a hands-on role with a varied range of responsibilities. No two days are the same and you will thrive in this busy and fast-paced result based environment where juggling numerous tasks is the norm. This company is a Salesforce partner and you will be the primary customer point of contact and must ensure that each interaction is handled with a professional attitude and a superior level of service. Solutions often require integration with a number of other cloud technologies and your role is the interface between the client and your technical team ie interpreting and communicating those needs back to the team to create the best solutions for various clients' differing needs.

What will I do?

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business domain and identify those areas/processes where the company and Salesforce can help deliver positive business change
  • Gather and document business requirements to better understand a client's business
    Liaise closely with other team members involved in your projects
  • Test solutions before they are delivered to clients
  • Manage incoming case queue and maintain focus on resolving customer cases quickly and effectively in line with our service level agreements
  • Actively participate in the designing, prototyping, user testing, refinement and end-user training process for Salesforce CRM implementations
  • Connect with clients to become a trusted advisor through excellent delivery, service and support

What will I bring?
  • You will need to have previously worked on Salesforce or equivalent projects and implementations as a Functional Consultant
  • Be good at bridging the gap between client/business people and technologists to describe the desired solutions in terms both groups can understand
  • Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to form close working relationships with clients
  • Have excellent consulting, facilitation and agile business analysis skills
  • Be a 'can-do' self-starter who does not require a high degree of supervision
  • Be a natural 'team-player' who enjoys working in close-knit teams to deliver great results
  • Be keen to learn new technologies such as Salesforce.com and all its constituent parts
  • Previous Salesforce.com or other digital/CRM experience is an advantage but not a prerequisite
  • Preferably have a degree in a relevant subject
  • Work hard, but know how to have some fun whilst doing it.
