AIMIA elects new board members

Interactive media association appoints representatives from KPMG, Telstra

The Australian Interactive Media Industry Association (AIMIA) has elected nine new board members.

After a “closely contested election process”, AIMIA CEO, John Butterworth, said the industry body had appointed a number of new members, including secretary and treasurer.

“We’d like to pay tribute and extend our thanks to our retiring national committee members Jennifer Wilson and Kristin Carlos, who played a vital role in helping AIMIA deliver its broad program of industry development work for the past year” Butterworth said.

The committee has members from companies including KPMG and Telstra BigPond, with the AIMIA holding the role of peak body for digital content, services and applications in Australia.
