The Candle mobile website is designed to work with any smartphone browser
IT recruitment company Candle has launched a mobile-friendly version of its job search website Candle.com.au.
The new interface is designed to work with any type of smartphone like Android-based handsets and the iPhone.
Full job listings are available on the mobile version and it also provides a Candle office locator.
Candle’s executive general manager Linda Trevor said the new mobile website was developed to satisfy increasing demand.
“The trend for people accessing information instantly through smartphones has been increasing rapidly,” Trevor said.
“With the Candle mobile site you can check any time of the day, no matter where you are.”
Trevor said unlike a dedicated app for one platform, a mobile website for all smartphones caters to a larger audience.
