Australian education provider Study Group has deployed SuccessFactors to help it standardise its business processes and workflow.
The company, with 2000 employees across five countries, selected the vendor’s its business execution software suite, BizX, to also help it foster internal development and drive employee productivity levels. It will implement the suite’s employee profile, goal management, performance management, and 360-Degree reviews to gain a better insight into how the organisation performs and enhance productivity.
The suite’s succession management application will integrate data from within the organisation to identify and retain top employees at every level of the company, as well as improve career development processes to cultivate talent for key positions in the future.
According to Study Group CIO, Michael Mangan, the new software platform will produce performance consistency and enable deeper, more productive manager-employee communication.
The implementation follows 10 years of rapid growth, according to the company. It now annually services some 55,000 students from 140 countries.

Case Study - TNT Express successfully reduces their paper usage and costs using a new document solution
in 2009 TNT decided to evaluate the market for new head office multifunction devices (MFD) as their current MFD fleet was almost seven years old. IBM zEnterprise System Brings Hybrid Computing Capabilities to Midsize Organisations
This paper focuses on the IBM z114 cross-tier solution, which brings IBM AIX Unix and Linux workloads into the mix, with Microsoft Windows support to follow in the future. This blended approach to computing allows workloads running on any of those operating systems to communicate more quickly and effectively with the System z, producing business benefits from the orchestration, or coordination, of management for all of the workloads running across all of the linked platforms.
