Coffee maker Di Bella Coffee has completed a SAP Business One project that will go live in September.
Di Bella Coffe previously used QuickBooks for business processes, with co-founder Gianna Di Bella saying the business required greater integration.
“We need something more substantial that can integrate several business processes, especially now we need to balance our wholesale and retail businesses, with roasting our coffee beans to order as well as managing the online store. We need to make sure our systems are working together to deal with the rapid turnover of inventory in each of the business models,” Di Bella said.
Business One will integrate all core business functions including sales, customer relations management and operations and is part of an “important IT systems upgrade” for the company.
The news comes as Di Bella Coffee expands operations into China; contributing to the company’s increased growth rate of 30 to 40 per cent growth predicted for this year.
